Firstly, apologies but we have had a misprint in our 2024 programme. The Sunday Ze Build Grande Parade leading out to the North Harbour Country Club is not a NZHRA-sanctioned run. This is just a convoy cruise.
V8 CHIC's
Please place your provided V8 CHIC sticker on the left side of your front windscreen. On arrival on Saturday, please visit the Rodders Beach Festival Marquee by 10am SHARP to confirm your attendance and pick up your pink window sash from Amy. Please place your pink V8 CHIC sash across your windscreen (closing it inside your front doors). This will let our fabulous judge, Kimmbo from New Zealand Petrolhead, know that you have entered the competition!
Ze Bar
On Saturday at the Orewa Reserve, the ZeBuild bar will be open 3pm – 8pm on Friday night and on Saturday from 9.30am – 3.30pm. Strictly R18 only!!!
VIP Weekend Pass Gate Entry
On Saturday all VIP Premium entrants must be parked up on show along the road on Hibiscus Coast Highway between 7 – 8am. There will be one entry gate into this area to allow ease of parking. Make sure your window sticker is placed on the front left-hand side of your windscreen.
You will be given your VIP lanyards at the gate. Please wear your VIP lanyards to get into the VIP Marquee. Please register at the VIP Marquee with Cherie at the VIP marquee entrance to receive your complimentary VIP lunch card (for driver and one passenger only!). Beverages will be available for purchase.
URGENT! You need to be at your vehicle by 3.25pm to exit the VIP parking on Hibiscus Coast Highway by 3.30pm SHARP giving you priority exit before the event finishes at 4pm! The Hibiscus Coast Main Highway will re-open up to the public traffic immediately once cleared for 4pm.
Standard Weekend Pass Gate Entry
All Standard Pre Registrations will have entry through our Express Lane. Please ensure you have your window sticker placed on the front left-hand side of your windscreen. You will receive your Tyvek wristbands and goodie bags at the gate!
On Saturday all vehicles parked in the first gate where the main stage is will NOT be able to leave until 3.45pm until ALL the VIP's have cleared off the road! If you must leave early for an emergency... please get an event official to walk you out (for safety purposes). The Hibiscus Coast Main Highway will re-open up to the public traffic immediately once cleared for 4pm.
