To enable the smooth running of the 2024 Rodders Beach Festival please follow the instructions of the organisers and marshals at all times and adhere to the following conditions of entry.

NO STICKER NO ENTRY!

For vehicle entry into the event please place your sticker on the LEFT HAND TOP CORNER of your windscreen! Spectator entry is free.

LIABILITY:

Owners enter their vehicles at their own risk.

In consideration of the acceptance of the right to the event, participants and spectators by the executive of receiving this programme, expressly release and discharge the event management and their representatives of and from any and all unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims and causes whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant to his/her person or property.

REFUND POLICY

Participants, if for any reason the Rodders Beach Festival should be postponed or canceled no participants entry fees will be refunded. Nor will there be any refunds for participants that cancel their entry after Friday 12 January 2024.

 

Stall Holders, if for any reason the Rodders Beach Festival should be postponed or canceled no stall holders entry fees will be refunded. Nor will there be any refunds for stall holders that cancel their entry after Friday 12 January 2024.

OPERATION:

Event management expects a high standard of behavior during the course of the events, and whilst not wishing to inhibit the entrant's enjoyment of activities, reserves the right to evict those considered to be acting in an objectionable manner from any particular or subsequent activities.

 

All dogs must be on a lead at all times! Please be cautious with handbags and baby prams/strollers around vehicles.

NO Gang Colours or Patches are to be worn at this event.

LEAVING THE EVENT

Saturday, we request that no cars leave the event before 3.45pm. Only in the event of an emergency and you need to leave early, please get an Event Official to walk you out (for safety purposes).

Sunday, cars cannot leave the Orewa Boulevard before the Z Build Grande Parade at 2pm. It is not possible for any reason to extract cars before this time. Do not enter if you need to leave before 2pm.

Merchandising table locations:

Friday & Saturday – Orewa Reserve beside the VIP Marquee.
Sunday – Orewa Boulevard opposite stage by the palm trees.

Photography

The organisers may use any photograph of the entrant or entrants vehicle, taken during the event, for its own purposes. By accepting these terms and conditions the entrant releases the organisers of any liability for loss or damage.
